The recommended products that I purchased I've been very happy with and have noticed some significant changes in a short amount of time where I had plateaued in.

Tiffany helped me through the entire sales process, she was knowledgeable, friendly and provided some guidance in helping with my fitness and nutrition goals. This is now my favorite location in Edmonton to purchase supplements. Thank you
