  Got my “best car” thanks to Ryan, Ashley and Mike. Such a great team and a wonderful atmosphere! This is my first brand new vehicle, I have been vehicle shopping before and this experience trumps all! The sales team were honest, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Mike helped me get financing set up so quickly. Grateful for the fantastic experience, thank you Kia West!

  My car was towed in on March 8th for a repair and I was fairly upset that it would not start. I called in and spoke to a lady named Juliana and she was very kind and helpful and let me know I could get it towed for no charge by roadside assistance as my car is still under warranty. When I got my car in a different girl helped me, Natasha, and it just ended up that my vehicle needed a battery which was still covered by warranty. It was a quick and easy process considering how frustrated I was at the whole issue. Grateful there is a dealership out there that can make your life less stressful, rather than more stressful!

  I've been taking my car here for service for a really long time and have always received exceptional service every time I've brought it in. Natasha has been there for a really long time and she always remembers me and greets me with a smile! I appreciate the service department and will continue bringing my car here for years to come

  We bought a KIA sportage through KIA west and had a very pleasant experience. Ashley, our salesperson was amazing and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and provided her honest opinion. An extremely sweet person to deal with. The staff was very friendly in all departments, starting from negotiations to financing! I will highly recommend Ashley and this dealership to my family and friends!

  A very professional, customer focused and ethical team. I found Ryan - sales manager Mike and Kathleen to be a great team to work with. Each stage of the sales process from quoting, financing and after sales support was excellent and transparent. My brother bought from them a few years back and I bought recently. Both of is had the same experience, which indicates that the ownership is setting the right standards and employees delivering to it. I would strongly recommend this dealership.
  
  I state this since I interacted with more than 10 to 12 dealerships of various makes and found this team to be the best I dealt with.
