Sweet Pea Café & Playhouse

The closest vegan restaurant to my house that I just found out about ? The restaurant is clean, the staff are helpful and welcoming, and the food is delicious!

I like the coffee and the food here. I don't have kids, and still come to this place. Love they are vegan (slowly converting) and offer pick up orders during this pandemic. I highly recommend their soup and loaf deal. The bread is delicious and made fresh. The soups are hardy and tasty.

Such a great little play place!! It reminded me a little of Safety City (25 yrs ago) minus the cars. Little establishments with little accompaniments, costume corner for the kids. Staff are friendly and approachable! A little pricey for kids aged 1-2 but anyone above the age of 2 its worth every penny! Lots of parking and easy enough to get to with GPS or maps. Although I wouldn't have minded a sandwich of some kind on the menu since I'm not big on tofu or soy products. But at least they had baked goods. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is just lovely. Excellent costumer service. I come here all the time for coffee and snacks. I used the play area with my niece and she had a blast. Would highly recommend!

A hidden gem in the city. I love that everything, including the theme of the playhouse is plant-based. I’ve taken my little one several times because we both enjoy it so much. There is a dining area on the playhouse side to order food/drinks while the kids play. But there also a restaurant side, where they offer a plant-based menu and you can order items to-go. Anything I’ve ordered off their menu has been delicious. Their spanakopita and tzaziki is so yummy. We always have a cinnamon bun with each visit, it’s our tradition. Staff are very friendly, and so helpful too. It’s definitely a unique place to enjoy some great food, take your kiddos to play for awhile, or both.
