The best staff around, wonderful service. I have had a cleaning, 2 fillings, a root canal and a tooth extraction completed here and all happened with little to no pain! I have recommended many family and friends to Dr.Wong for her excellent work and services.

The front desk gal Mini ( I believe this is your name) you are amazing, went above and beyond with getting all paperwork submitted and accounted for. Kept me in the loop with cost and coverage through benefits every step of the way. Aces in my books , way to go! Thanks for the check up call to see how I am doing after the work being done, this really sets you guys apart from the rest.

Very knowledgeable and great to chat with, made me feel very comfortable all the time in the office. Advised me all procedures along the way, kept checking in on me and how I was doing.

The cleaning happened in between the root canal and extraction, all levels of care and attention was given and kept me so comfortable with no discomfort.

As for Dr. Wong...

Absolutely the best dentist I have seen in my life. She was listened to all my complaints, told me how she was going to fix my tooth issues and did it in the shortest time possible.

I got to admit I, I searched on line the work that was going to happen on my teeth, yikes ... I suggest that you don't. I planned for the worst and hoped for the best.

In the end I really had nothing to worry about as Dr.Wong took excellent care of me and I am grateful. I knew everything that was happening, we laughed a lot, I had nothing but the best experience. She made it look easy compared to the videos I looked on up online.

I say little to no pain, really no pain at all, just the freezing needle but I also am a big mama's boy.

Again the best dentist in town, loving and caring staff, all around great place to go. She has my business for life.

Dr. Lau is a great dentist. She's caring and honest, and the other staff are great too. They know our family and treat us good. I have recommended many friends and family members to West End Dental :)

My daughter had a rough past experience with dentists and had a fear of going. Nobody reccommended me a clinic but after searching I talked to the receptionist of the West End Dental. When we switched to Doctor Melissa Wong, everything went perfectly and the family enjoys going to the dentist. My daughter is no longer scared of the dentist and we all look forward to our appointments. Overall the staff is very welcoming.

Best dental office I've been too in years! Trust me when I say I've been to quite a few.
Staff is always friendly and welcomes you like you're family.
Mellisa is the dentist I use there, and she is top notch! Nows her stuff. Always talks to you and explains things very well. Entire place is very clean and well organized :)
I would not go anyplace else !!
