My rating is of the customer service of Caliber. It is good. It is prompt. I dealt with Gavin. Often, third party insurance brokers are at the firing line, bearing the brunt of massive negative sentiment of the public against the companies, whose products they peddle. It is not fair. I should know. So, if you are mad at an insurance company, let the broker know so that they will not mistake you for being mad at them. The brokers do not write the content of the policy. They are there to offer you what the insurance company wants, plus add a premium for their service. Presently, the cap on Auto Insurance has been lifted by the UCP government in Alberta, which is an enabler of corporate greed. Not exactly a friend of the poor. And we are up for a massive increase in our premium. I have been advised that knowing how to deal with insurance companies and their brokers can save you a lot of money. Hundreds of $$$. So, do your research thoroughly before you shop for any insurance, especially automobile insurance.

I honestly can't say enough great things about my experience! As a new Alberta resident, transferring everything over from BC seemed daunting and I was not able to get into offices during my work hours.
