(February 22, 2019, 6:11 am)I love Dr. Shin! She's friendly and always on time. I'm so glad to find such a good female family doctor. Although the clinic is difficult to find, plenty of parking. The online booking system is awesome and easy to book same day/last minute appointments.

(January 24, 2019, 4:39 pm)Bedside manner could improve. Although he wasnt rude, he made me feel rushed, that I was inconveniencing him with my questions and symptom explanation. He even left the room without saying bye. Not even a “we’re all done, feel free to get dressed and head out when your ready”. He left me sitting there wondering “okayyy, what’s next.. do I leave? Am I waiting for someone else?”.
