(February 24, 2019, 11:01 pm)Nice Tim Hortons at Westmount Shopping Center. I'm assuming because of the high school, but it seems like this location is always busy. Not necessarily a complaint, but sometimes trying to snag a seat can be a small wait. I like this location, though.????
(February 5, 2019, 12:43 am)Not a generally bad location it's very convenient to me as I work in the same location,my only problem is how some of the staff treat the customers (one girl in particular a trainee ) never smiled at me once and seemed quite rude when I asked for a simple drink and didn't seem to care when I asked for extra whip cream (I also said I will pay the diffrence) she waved me away and I got hardly any whip cream less than normal,second time I asked what was on a turkey bacon club (I don't order food there much) and she looked at me annoyed and asked what I meant like I was wasting her time. I work as a cashier and have for most of my past jobs I also have mild autism making social situations difficult but that's not an excuse to be rude,just pretend atleast to be happy and pretend to care.
(December 19, 2018, 6:31 pm)Fast and speedy service! Nice and fill up drinks to the rim. Resturant is kept clean and everyone is happy to serve you. Only problem is that they are so busy it takes time to line up but they can finish off the line pretty quick!
(December 14, 2018, 12:42 am)Pick your times. Do not go at Noon. The School lets out and it's full of students. Get there before 11 am. or after 1'pm. Very fast service. Everybody is fluent in English there.
(December 1, 2018, 8:34 pm)It's always been a small Timmy's, but it feels a little bit better now that it's renovated. Chairs were fairly comfortable. Service was average. It was a little cold and drafty sitting in there though - everyone in the place had to keep their coats on.
