Loved my experience here at this gym. I really enjoyed the ability to come at whatever time worked for me and to train with no set class times. Not sure if you'll get this flexibility anywhere else. The staff were energetic and motivating. The equipment was great to use and this gym definitely helped get me in better shape. I enjoyed the weekly challenges and the ability to win a championship belt! Thanks!!

the value here is off the charts! You get the attention of a trainer for your entire workout for a very low cost. No need to schedule anything you just show up and start your workout anytime during their open hours. I think there is nothing remotely like it in Fort Saskatchewan. If you're looking to get yourself into shape you need to check this place out.

My wife and I love the staff and workouts. Every workout is different and only 30 minutes long. It is a fun and refreshingly different way to get a great full body workout at your own level of difficulty. I recommend trying the free first visit just to see for yourself.

This gym is amazing. New rounds at art every 3 minutes, go for all 9 rounds or go for more! The trainers are absolutely amazing and able to modify for ANY fitness level. There is no judgment here. I love the gym, but the trainers make it feel like home. They are always kind, always supportive and feel like friends. Amazing atmosphere, highly HIGHLY recommended.
