I have a business account here, and am very happy with the level of service - very personal service to be had, and once you know the staff, they know you!
The coffee is generally always on here, and the customer service is above average in my experience for a bank. I have hardly ever had to wait for a teller, and if I have an appointment for something else, they aren't likely to keep me waiting.
