Acupuncture is something I’ve always thought about but never tried because I was nervous. Brenna is very good at listening to your description of pain and then completes her own full analysis using muscle testing and other techniques to pinpoint the problem areas. She then follows with an in depth conversation explaining what she will do and what to expect. This helped me to feel at ease and very relaxed going into the treatment. I’ve had extreme pain and tight muscles restricting my range of motion from CrossFit and other sports for years which seem to vanish after I see Brenna. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist.
