(February 18, 2019, 6:30 pm)Outstanding customer service, and prompt attention to the problem we were experiencing! Michael answered his phone on a STAT Monday when we called during an extreme cold snap that our furnace had stopped working. He was on site within an hour and had the furnace back in business very quickly. Very fair cost for service being on a STAT! Michael was polite, prompt, and empathetic to the problem! Would recommend this wonderful local service to all in need! Thank you again for the tips you shared with us for upkeep on our furnace also!

(February 7, 2019, 6:40 pm)I called Heartland Plumbing and Heating because of their excellent reviews. My furnace had stopped lighting and was blowing cold air, the forecast was calling for -40 C the coming night. Mike arrived within the hour and we had heat about 30 minutes later. Mike showed me what the problem was and some things I could do if it were to occur again. I was called later that night by Mike and asked if everything was still working. Mike did not replace any parts unnecessarily or try to up sell me. His fee was exactly what was quoted to me on my original call. I'm very happy with the service I received from Heartland Plumbing and Heating.
(January 17, 2019, 12:01 am)Our furnace broke down today, and I called Mike due to his awesome google reviews. There is definitely a reason why his reviews are so good! First of all, he arrived at our house within 15 minutes of calling him. Second, he had the issue fixed within only a few hours. He also is in contact with the manufacturer regarding another faulty part, which he changed as well! He is very friendly. I would recommend his services to anyone! Thanks again Mike!
