(March 25, 2019, 3:23 pm)It’s a hit and miss the customer service you receive here. Sometimes it’s great, other times you deal with some abrasive CS’s. Hopefully they will put some training in so the workers you are first dealing with are pleasant. And if they do screw up they offer an apology rather than a blank stare and shrug.
