Speedy Auto Service Fort Saskatchewan

I had a flat tire when coming into Fort Saskatchewan and still had a 2 hour drive to get home. When I called them just over an hour before they closed and explained the situation they agreed to get me squeezed in. Unfortunately for me the tire that lost air could not be saved but I did have my set of winter tires with me which they put on my vehicle in order to get me on the road. Great customer service which got me back on the road home, especially on a last minute issue.

Edit: I forgot to mention this was also on a Saturday!

Today my Jeep started acting up while I was in the Fort. I frantically called these guys as I was stuck in the Fort (I live quite far from the Fort) and I had my young son and baby stuck with me. After I limped my vehicle to them they took a look at it and told me exactly what was wrong and showed me a way to make things work to get us home.

These guys are so kind and their customer service is unmatched!

Exceptional service. Unlike a Jiffy Lube or other oil change outlet, Speedy Auto is a full service automotive provider. I prefer a journeyman mechanic to remove my skid plate, change oil, check my breaks. There was no up-selling or pressure. Nice front desk staff that even drove me home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.

I do wish this location had a proper parking lot though. The lot is not adequate and the building had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. They also have signage for Minute Muffler. They need a large Speedy sign to avoid customer confusion. Other than that I highly recommend Speedy Auto in the Fort! ????

Fast, friendly, and really affordable.
It's my second time being there, and I just found my new favorite garage.

AMAZING service! The gentleman at the front counter is very knowledgeable. The mechanic came out and talked to me. He was clean and helpful. The owner offered me a coffee and gave my son a Minute Muffler Toque. I am very impressed with this family owned shop.
