Only was there for 14 hours but all good ? ? ?

Rooms were responsibly clean. The Computer for the public use was out of service so was out of luck to print anything and staff at the time didn't care to help. Hotel staff wasn't too strict about face mast or social distancing ... 3 stars is what I think is fair rating

I love this tacky wacky colored hotel.
We've stayed here almost every month for the past yr. 0 complaints.. the decor is wild, it's always clean, its quiet, staff is polite. Beds are soft and heat and ac is controllable by wall thermostat.
Theres no pool or fancy stuff.. which is fine cause its just a place to sleep.

Great rates, probably the cheapest in the Edmonton area for the room you get. Upon checking in the gentleman at the front desk seemed rather unimpressed and uninformative. Despite making a reservation on Booking.com 5 hours before checking in he still didn't have it in the system. The room itself was quite tacky but did have a fireplace and was rather roomy. Disappointed with the complementary toiletries which consisted of a puny bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, bar soap in place of shower gel, body lotion and mouthwash (although the mouthwash was a uncommon and pleasant surprise). At the end of the day though you get more than what you pay for. Other hotels at this price point are much more seedy and run down. All things considered not that bad
