I purchased a Wild River CLC fishing back pack through Amazon. When the pack arrived the LED light switch did not work. A quick note to Kuny's (the distributor) regarding the situation resulted in an immediate replacement of the part, no questions asked, and me a very happy camper! My experience with their customer service was excellent. I am very happy with the features of the pack and the quality of materials and workmanship. I suspect this will not be may last purchase from Kuny's. So happy to buy Canadian!
