(April 7, 2019, 3:08 am)We just purchased a truck from you last week. We came home from Schwab's singing your praises. Kyle was knowledgeable and your selection was great. I felt there was honest negotiation that took place and we came up with an agreed price we could live with. We put in a downpayment and went home feeling great. A few days later I went in to pick up our truck and after a quick inspection and some handshakes, Kyle gives me the keys. But there was only 1 key. I asked him about the second key and he took me to Parts and they told it was $93. Kyle said something about that's how they come. In 5 seconds I went from wanting to sing your praises, to "you'll never see me again.

I just wanted to add that Kyle from Schwab's contacted me the next day and drove all the way to our place in the country to bring us the second key. Very well done and I appreciate the effort.

(February 12, 2019, 5:02 pm)The wipers on my 2009 pickup quit on my way to work. They were stuck halfway up the windshield and it was snowing. I went to Schwab hoping they could help me with no appointment. I spoke with Tara and she was very helpful. She got my truck looked at very quickly. The tech that fixed my truck was Dustin and he was great. He explained what happened. Because of these two people this is now my go to dealership. Thank you very much for the great service.
