  Mike W. in the service is something else. Sharp and empathetic, this guy truly goes above and beyond. Western RV must feel lucky he's in that department! Mike should get most outstanding employee of the year award for his expertise and dedication.
  The store manager Dane has a knack for resolving issues and does what he can to be fair in his judgement. Owning a trailer can be very novel for some people so educating customers is his key attribute.
  Overall a very positive experience.

  Worth the Trip!!!
  Made the trek to Edmonton and visited multiple dealerships in search of our FIRST Trailer. Partly went to Edmonton because we wanted to support the owner of the Saskatchewan RUSH Lacrosse Team.

  Purchased our used 5th wheel January 2018 twelve month later we are still getting first class service on issue that we encounter with our unit.
