Our hot water tank went down Thursday night, they were the only ones who answered the phone promptly (no voicemail) when I started calling around Friday morning. They were able to get parts and have it fixed Friday night so we didn't have to wait any longer for hot water. Amazing service
I placed a call on a Saturday afternoon looking for help with my dishwasher. Bob came over in a matter of minutes. He figured out the parts we needed and, to my surprise, drove to co-op to retrieve them. I was very thankful for his help.
