Hit-and-miss on their service work.

We had dealt with Bobcat in the past at various other locations and found the service to be challenging and frustrating to the point we considered switching to another brand. At the behest of a local sales rep we decided to give them a try again. We started dealing with Johnathon and David and they have been very responsive and helpful whenever we need anything from getting parts to keeping up to date with maintenance knowledge. Johnathon L has been an absolute all-star in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness which has allowed us to keep our fleet maintained and functioning effectively and efficiently with minimal downtime. We have been very happy with the service. Now if Bobcat would just build excavators!
