Exceptional service, friendly staff. Meghan and Dr Stout were outstanding.

Very professional experience. Current health guidelines as set out by AHS regarding covid 19 were followed and Kim looked after my eye issue very well and I can now see well again. Would reccomend to anyone.

Great service even with masks and gloves in place. I went for an exam and then picked out glasses. Friendly, courteous service.

The staff is very nice. I have my 3 boys with me and we received exceptional service and staff are so kind to my children. Doctor took her time explaining detail and answer all my questions. Great place.

I just sat in the waiting room with an emergency eye problem for nearly 4 hours. The last hour not one appointment showed up and the place was empty other than a couple people looking at glasses. I asked when I walked in the door if they could help me and was told no problem at all. They failed me as a patient today completely! Only one staff member came to check on me once and said it was not going to be much longer, 2 hours after that I had to leave with my eye still a major problem, I just couldn't wait any longer. What to take from this experience? This place is not equipped or ready to handle eye emergencies or issues, please do not go here for an eye problem go to another clinic or hospital. The irony is the sign posted all over the lobby about cancellations.

I'll add an update as of the same day as the review. After talking with the office manager they convinced me to come back in to be checked out. So I gave them a second chance to make things right, they were pleasant enough this time around and I don't think I need to put any more advice on here as I think they know where the breakdown was in my case. So I've adjusted my review to reflect the effort they put in to make it right.
