Morinville Splash Park

My daughter and I recently made a visit to the Morinville Splash Pad and playground. She uses a walker or wheelchair for mobility. We had a lot of fun in the water area, although the disappearing water was puzzling for her. Perhaps you could have one small water feature that runs constantly? In the playground, we loved the merry-go-round. The swing was not accessible for my daughter. It was too high (she is 80 lbs and hard to lift) and the swing did not have a seatbelt. We did not try out the other equipment. The communication board was a nice touch, but should be closer/mounted onto the equipment and placed lower down for wheelchair access. We really appreciated the shaded areas provided as the sun was very hot the day we visited. Thank you so much for creating a playground where my daughter can have fun!

With the splash pad there is also a dry play area as well as vollyball courts and a large field to play in. Great spot to go on a sunny day.
