I have used many car washes over the years and I can confidently say this is the cleanest and most meticulously maintained wash I have had the pleasure of using. I have met both of the owners as have my family and they are extremely pleasant and helpful to all of us. It is refreshing to frequent a business that makes you feel valued as a customer these days and that is what you will get here! “I have seen Harpreet at more than one Shell location, and she has been so kind, helpful, and provided amazing customer service. First and third time I have purchased services at Shell, in Chappelle. Harpreet has been courteous, asked me for car wash, and asked if I had air miles every time. I really appreciate her doing her job and working hard, even though she knows I don’t have air miles, or need a car wash. She always kindly asks me. She really is a multi faceted individual, where I could see her excelling at anything she ever tries. All I hope is that Shell treasures her a lot more than an employee. She’s a rockstar because she’s genuine. There are people who do their jobs and there are people whose jobs do themselves because they are so good at them. 10/10 for customer service. I really hope to see her in corporate office one day, she has the wit, intellegence, and maturity to take Shell into 2020.”

“The wash bays are very clean and well maintained. The attendants are constantly going around cleaning up and rendering assistance to customers. Pressure wash is good but the foam soap brush may be filled with sand or grime so give it a good rinse before using them on your vehicle else you may get scuff marks. Other than that it's top notch!”

“Great little car wash that is clean and well lit. Easily accessible and convenient to use. There is about 10 stalls. I remember when this used to be a bowling alley and now seeing it as a car wash is odd to me but the car wash is a good replacement. I have been coming here since it became the car wash and it has always been good. I will continue to come here”

If you go to authorized dealer to get things done, they charge double labor for the same amount if work done. I was happy by the end of the day for the knowledge they possess to work on my truck. “I use this place occasionally because it is handy. $1 a minute is decent and competitive. Has decent pressure and chemicals and is kept clean. Full range of equipment from air nozzles for locks, to brush and vacuum. Is nice and fog free. Staff range from decent to atrocious. It really pisses me off that the undercarriage has not worked since the new owners bought it. I think they just turned it off. There are washes I prefer to this one but it is easy to get a full length pickup in and out of. No facility to do trailers though.”

Credit card machines work like any machine just make sure to push cancel when you are done.
