Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had a leak in our roof that we had tried to fix ourselves only to find on the Friday before the long weekend, it didn't work. Water in the attic from an unused vent...so frustrating and potentially damaging with water seeping in. I had tried calling other roofing companies last week who never got back to me, so after a suggestion from our insurance company, I called Fraser this morning. It was raining. Mitch said he would see what he could do about having someone come look but I was prepared to not have the roof repaired until after the long weekend. In a break in the weather, Mitch called to say he was sending someone to fix the problem. I had been able to send several photos of the vent and our attempted repair, so when Shannon came this afternoon he was able to determine the issue, and had matching shingles to do the patch. I am EXTREMELY grateful for Fraser's quick response, professional service, and fantastic repair. All on the same day, before a long weekend, in between rain showers and thunderstorms.
