I purchased an Android phone initially, but the next day decided that I would prefer an Apple device after all. I went back to the store, and the sales associates were friendly and helpful - there was no problem exchanging the phone. Some of the bigger brands like Telus and Bell push you into buying whatever device they have on promo, but the sales associates at Freedom gave me my space and offered relevant recommendations. It was very low pressure and I honestly appreciate it so much. Thank you Preet for your help, you're the best! :)
