Amazing food. Delicious original items, and traditional Japanese dishes done super well. Service was awesome and friendly. Definitely my new favourite Japanese spot in the Edmonton area!

Amazing. Moved here from Vancouver over a year ago and thought I would never have good salmon sashimi again.... until i was recommended Kobachi.
Amazing quality. You can tell Ron (the owner) really cares about your experience.

Amazing restaurant both for food, drink, and service. It is a small gem that deserves every good review online. No pictures with this review because the food disappeared too fast. Fish is fresh and impeccable. Dishes are interesting and comforting. Everything is meticulous. Tea is of the finest quality. I can't say enough good things about Kobachi. TRY IT.
