Friendly staff, decent selection

My grandma recommended Pookey's to me, as she has been a long-time resident of Sherwood Park. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. The young lady working on September 20, 2019 recommended three different dog foods, all at varying price points. Pookey's also has very good customer incentives, which includes a $5.00 off coupon for first time customers upon their return. I will be definitely come back and support this wonderful local business.

I enjoyed my experience in this family-owned local pet store. Everything you need for your fur babies is available here. I specifically wanted a Canadian-brand of cat food and they were one of the few stores that had it in the city. Knowledgeable staff! Love the free samples and their reward points program. Will definitely be back!

This is a nice place that stocks the food my dogs like. The prices are reasonable. Hours are predictable and incredibly flexible. I recommend this place over some of the chains for the price and service.
