Our 4 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback was rushed in after eating a foreign object (possibly a sock). The staff was amazing and kept me well informed during his 24 hour stay. Thank you for taking such great care of my boy. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital in an emergency.
My cat developed a urinary obstruction and was admitted to hospital eventually requiring surgery. Everything from his triage to daily updates from the staff was fantastic and well handled. They ran a thorough work up and kept me informed on his progress even with all of the CoVID precautions. Great hospital.
We were referred to Pulse by our regular Veterinarian for a cardiac consult with Dr. Hawkes. What an amazing veterinarian and specialist she is. She was so knowledgeable about a condition my kitten had and very polite. She had a positive and inviting demeanour which was wonderful given how stressful it is taking your kitten in for a battery of tests. I feel she went above and beyond for my kitten and if I were ever faced with an emergency I would try to make the drive out to Pulse for my fur babies.
This is the way Veterinarian care is supposed to work. The attention and care shown my dog was second to none. The diagnosis was 100% accurate. The front-line staff were helpful, patient and very friendly. The quality of care was excellent and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this pet hospital.
We had to bring our little dog in when he was bitten by another dog. Right from the start I feel like it was well run. Obviously during the pandemic things are more challenging in terms of care. The curb side service was done very well with all the emotions of an emergency pet visit. They took our little guy in and communicated with us well. It turned out surgery was required and we had to leave him overnight. I have to say sitting there seeing all the people having to bring their pets in for emergencies was heart breaking. I am not sure how the workers do it day in and day out. From what I saw and how busy they were it looked like they have a well run operation.
We picked up our little guy the next day. They brought him out and explained how to work the stint that they put in and all the meds and times.
The price for an emergency pet visit and surgery was very reasonable as well.
About two weeks later the vet checked in via text to see how he was doing which was a nice touch.
Thank you Pulse for taking such good care of our little guy. I am happy to say he is back to normal and doing great.
