Sleep country needs to get their people off commission, high pressure sales opproach is a thing of the past. I purchased what I was looking for but will not return.

I just purchased a mattress for my Mom and it was too hard. My Mom went in and talked to Renika and was taken care of so well and so special. She has a new mattress showing up within a day. I really recommend Sleep Country as the place to deal with, they care and it shows. They really took care of my Mom and my Mom was so upset because we bought her the mattress and she just didn't know what to do. Thank you Renika and thank you Sleep Country, we will always be your customer.

Great staff, went in just to price out a bed with no intention to buy right away. Unlike other places, the staff was great asked questions about what I was looking for and then let me try out different mattresses to see which one was best for me. Even went and found me the best price they could give me if I wanted it that day. When I said no, there was no pressure just said okay and said if I came back when I was ready to purchase they would still do what they could to get me the lowest price for what I wanted. I really like the fact that there was no pressure to make me buy something, they also gave me alternatives that would work for me if money was an issue. Will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase my new bed.

What a great visit. The last time my wife and I were there, a couple years ago, it was a bit mediocre and we were not happy with our purchases (pillows and sheets). But we needed a new mattress. I wanted to go to Mattress Mattress but my wife is a loyal Sleep Country customer, for many years, and convinced me, reluctantly, to give it one more chance.
I am very glad she did. The sales lady was outstanding! She took the time with us helped us select the right product and was very patient indeed. You how it is when there are so many good choices. You go around and around.
Anyway it is about two months in with our new mattress and we still love it.
Oh and the frame, it is an adjustable one at the head and legs. The adjustments are nice but the best part are the frame legs they are in from the edge about a foot. No more stubbing the toe on the frame wheel. Yay!!!
And as a bonus it is a higher frame so the can fly under the bed and it gives him a tactical advantage - hey, even the cat loves Sleep Country Canada!

Super happy with our experience shopping at Sleep Country in Sherwood Park. We came in at 7:30 on a Thursday and our staff person, Vaughn, had time for us within minutes, we had the place to ourselves.

Vaughn knew exactly how long to leave us alone and check in without being a nuisance, and he was a great conversationalist. He offered us a great price on the exact bed we wanted because it had been on sale just a few days previously and he had one in stock for us.
