I just had a massage after a long time and Amal was amazing, she was very intuitive to what my body needed and was mindful to ask to adjust. I'll be definitely going back realizing just how much I needed this.

Minty and her staff are wonderful. She's always accommodating to health needs and is very professional. The environment is very calm and relaxing. Very easy to de-stress and enjoy my time. Love the atmosphere.
