The staff is very friendly and doing the best they can in these currently conditions.
They are a very busy place - they currently have to do the testing for Devon, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain due to COVID restrictions. Be prepared for a long wait - the dynalife website has the wait times online for each location.
Make an appt if you can - but you still could wait an hour like I did today.

I am going to give a solid 5 stars pertaining to my visit today that been said people there is a pandemic going on so be patient and wait your turn like everyone else, I waited 2 hours ... first world issues !!! the nice lady at the entrance was very helpful polite and verbalize the procedure very clearly, my lab technician was nice and appreciated my patience so instead of getting cranky say thankyou with a smile because it's not always about YOU ??

I have a very sever needle phobia, the type that causes me to put off any procedures or tests that involve a poke. I went in today for blood work and I was as usual ..very anxious! I had an amazing nurse named Tina. She was patient with me and kind. I appreciated that she didn't point out my tattoos and piercings as most nurses do!!! (((Tattoos and piercings are in no way related to a needle phobia, for me anyways. Having that pointed out is frustrating not comforting))). I found all the staff to be pleasant and professional. I was in and out in no time. I had a wonderful experience and will be back!!!!!!
