They were so good to us, got our vehicle repaired within a day, even cleaned it! Super friendly people all around. Car rental place “forgot” to pick me up so they say, so one of the employees, I believe it was Kevin took time out of his morning to drive me there. Jay was me estimator who was awesome, and both girls at the front were the sweetest. I will be going back here if I need to. Thanks for the great service guys!

I had originally given a 1-star review but the professionalism of the owner changed my mind.

Our car was rubbed in a parking lot resulting in some minor scratching. The original quote was to replace the plastic parts and polish the painted surface. I was assured numerous times that the scratching would be removed. After completion, there was clear scratching still visible on the paint. When I inquired with an employee about the scratching, I was told that a polish would not remove the scratching and it would need to be painted at an additional cost of $1500. I left frustrated and disappointed with a half completed job.

The owner ended up calling me personally and rectified the situation fairly.

Grove Collision did an amazing repair job on my F350 truck. From the first time I went in for an estimate, the receptionist was so friendly and professional. Al and his team out did themselves to make my truck look better then it did even before. I am totally satisfied with their professional service and would totally recommend this company. Awesome job!!!
