Tri Wellness MD Centre

Took my son there today as a walk-in. Overall I am happy with the experience and would definitely return. The front staff was friendly and it wasn't busy when we went, so we were with the doctor about 10 minutes after arrival. If I could make just one comment it would be that Dr. Al-Jubury could try to be more friendly and attempt a smile. He was not rude or grouchy, just very robotic. He never smiled once, and kinda just seemed like he didn't want to be there. Don't get me wrong, he was very thorough, and answered all my questions. I would not have a problem seeing him again, but I hope he read this and just knows that a smile, and a comforting presence (especially for a child) goes a long way. Who knows, maybe he was just having a bad day.

Front desk staff were exceptional and professional. Didn’t have to wait at all and the doctor was very very good. Over all it was a pleasant surprise after unsuccessfully trying to get into 3 other clinics before finding them.
