I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.
(March 18, 2018, 3:26 am)I called Access Plumbing to install a new sink faucet and pipes as well as a bathtub/shower faucet. I received a text an hour before the technician arrived with information about the technician coming as well as a picture of him. It also had a little bio about the tech which I think was a really nice touch. He was thorough and diligent and I appreciated that he cleaned up well after his work. I didn't have everything I needed and he waited for me to have all of the equipment, finishing everything in one go. I will definitely use them again!
