(February 24, 2019, 6:18 pm)Went for a few sessions to fix a muscle in my back which heavily impacted my shoulder. After a few cupping sessions and a dry needling session I started to feel better! The stretches and exercises are also really helpful! Will be back next time I need it!

(January 8, 2019, 5:26 pm)I went to see Riley when I had really bad lower back pain and tight hips. He was very efficient, diagnosed what was going on very soon into the session, and provided treatment and relief that same day. The appointment was thorough but only took 45 minutes, which was great because some physios take so much time; his sessions are quick and effective! I have gone back three times and he’s been so great in helping with additional body ailments and pains. Highly recommend Riley at Body Restoration.

(October 17, 2018, 2:39 am)I have lived in St Albert for over 20 years and have in those years attended many of the well established physiotherapy centers. Today I found this amazing gem - Body Restoration is a diamond with exceptional skills and techniques. I was treated as an individual with specific needs, not a cookie in a cookie cutter service. I will not be going anywhere else. A Must to Go if you are serious about getting better.
