Back in early 2018 I took my 2016 kia to Crystal glass for a windshield. Extremely happy. Good price very accommodating. Fast forward to May 2020, I needed a windshield for my 2017 Sierra. Although my dealer offered me the same price, I decided to go back to Crystal glass. Again friendly and accommodating. But this time there was damage to both of the inside panels of the corner posts and paint chips on the outside. Hats off to them, they ordered panels from the dealer and fixed it and repaired the paint damage. I question the workmanship and not sure if I'll go back.

They fixed my windshield rock chip and crack while the Jasper Place couldn’t. After I was rejected by the Crystal Glass on Jasper Place and knowing I was gonna arrive 5 mins late after the so called 4pm walk-in deadline(this was told by Jasper Place location). This shop took my car in and fixed it. Very pleased!

I had a windshield installed last spring, the staff at Crystal Glass were great to work with and the pricing was good.

This fall as it started to get cold, I ended up with a water leak due to a faulty seal around the window. Crystal Glass ended up replacing the entire windshield to fix it without any costs or hassle.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. Between competitive pricing and excellent customer service I would happily give them my business again in the future.

They were fast and excellently matched the arc on my custom made frame. They also glued it in and the cost was very reasonable
