The expertise and support that I received from both Dr. Roed and Tamara was invaluable. I am near-sighted with severe astigmatism, and when I experienced difficulties with my new contact lenses and glasses, they went above and beyond to take the time to listen to my concerns (including lifestyle and budget), answer my questions, and explain everything in detail. Although I am a new client who is only in St. Albert temporarily, I have been cared for a long-time patient (rather than just treated as just a one-time customer). Plus, it's the first time in 30+ years of glasses-wearing that an optician has properly fitted me for frames! Tamara did a stellar job in helping me pick out new frames that I love. Throughout the entire process, I've felt that my health, vision and happiness have been the top priority.

Great place. Dr Roed was really good with my kids and myself. His staff is so friendly and accommodating. He explained everything and taught us about our eyes. He was great; we will be booking our appointments with him from now on!

Really nice front line staff. They were quick to acknowledge my arrival. The optometrist assesses all my issues and offered a more holistic approach before taking an aggressive approach like other optometrists. Also offering all options based on my budget. Really awesome.
