Most clinics leave children in the waiting room, one day they took us before we sat down! Very impressed with the compassion at this clinic!! -

(November 14, 2018, 6:53 am)I attended the McKenney Medicentre on a Sunday morning with my 6 year old son. My son was very sick, with a bad cough and elevated temperature. We dealt with two clinic employees during the check-in process and they were both very compassionate and kind. As the wait time was expected to be fairly long (which is typical of a walk-in clinic), we were offered an exam room for my son to lay down in while we waited. The doctor came in to assess my son after a minimal wait. He was very professional and caring. Overall, in spite of my son being so ill, due to the wonderful employees, the visit was a positive experience. Thank you.

The wait was short and Dr. Cronje was attentive and had excellent bedside manner. He provided helpful information on obtaining a new family doc and was efficient in providing care.
