Spent close to $2,000 dollars combined at a Mitshubishi dealer and Dodge Jeep dealer to fix a hesitation/misfire problem and the car was not fixed at either dealership. Rick diagnosed the cause of the problem and fixed it in an hour and a half for $145 dollars and the car runs perfect. Very honest, straight forward person that VERY MUCH deserves the high Google review rating. Also, was impressed that his shop is a member of the Better Business Bureau and has an A+ rating.
(May 13, 2018, 9:27 pm)I've had Rick work on my Mitsubishi Lancer for years now. I only trust him and his shop with it. His work is impeccable and he's always great about letting me know if there are any other issues he notices while working. His prices are reasonable, and the customer service from him and the rest of his family and staff are superb. Don't think twice, take you vehicle here no matter what.
(April 7, 2018, 5:01 pm)When my car died on me on the way to work, I was recommended to take it to Rick’s Auto and I’m so glad I did. He had the diagnostics done early the next day, and was super friendly! Front of house staff are very pleasant as well. Two thumbs up!
