  This is such a wonderful place to go for self healing, pain management and relaxation . I was referred here by many people who all had very positive things to says. I went to the owner who is very knowledgeable and comforting. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone to try one time.

  I have been there a couple of times for massage treatments and it is fantastic. Very comfortable and effective. Highly recommend for someone looking for massage services.

  I had been suffering from horrible pregnancy related sciatica for a couple of months or so and finally thought I would give acupuncture and cupping a try. I honestly wasn't huge on the thought of acupuncture, but I just couldn't tolerate the pain anymore as standing, sitting, and laying all hurt, and was putting me into tears almost on a daily basis...so I was up for anything. I went for a consultation with Jada and we started a plan. The first day of receiving a treatment, I was really sore and thought the worst. That it didn't work. Then the next day.... I felt the first bit of relief I had felt in a really long time. It lasted a few days, and then the pain came back. At this point, I knew I could start getting relief from these appointments, so I booked another a week after my original appointment. Each week I got a little better for a little longer. After my 5th appointment, this was where I really felt my best. My energy was up, I had no pain, and now I'm currently almost at 3 weeks with very little to NO pain. Mostly none. I took advantage of this time feeling good, and have increased my physical activity which has been keeping it at bay. If it feels tender, I've done the stretches she suggested and then make sure I stay on my feet moving as much as possible. Needless to say, I am now a huge believer and very thankful for the amazing treatments I have received from Jada. The entire staff is lovely, ( I also received the best prenatal massage I could have ever imagined from Shelby.. if you're looking for a masseuse, you won't be disappointed!). The beds are made up especially for your bumps, so that you can be comfortable no matter what stage of your pregnancy you are at. You come out of every appointment feeling a weight off your shoulders. I'm hoping I won't have to see Jada again for a little while, but I feel a huge sense of comfort knowing she's there when and if my sciatic pain flares up again. If you're on the fence about seeking this sort of treatment, I urge you to take the leap and give it a try. Also, try to be patient, (not my strong point) as treatments take time, but the end result is so very worth it. I really can't recommend these guys enough!
