  Hands down the best gym in the Edmonton area. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Group classes are fantastic and the gym is never crowded.

  Love the warm and friendly environment. The staff and trainers are professional and well qualified which has helped me immensely in achieving my fitness goals. Pilates coach Kathy Giesbrecht’s classes are the best!

  Really wonderful birthday party we attended. My 1yr old has a lot of fun. They have a big play area with 2 climbing structures and very wide range of toys. The staff was wonderful, friendly and good with kids. Everything was very impressive. I like the layout: windows over looking play area from lounge & workout areas. It would be great to try the gym&spa while my son enjoyed the playcare section.

  Absolutely love working out here. They recently have renovated and have all new equipment. I train with Chelsea and have made so much progress with her. All the staff is wonderful.

  Such an amazing place that really gets being a parent. It's super accommodating for mom and I love that. I love the playcare area and the staff are friendly. Thank you for great service.
