We have been purchasing our electronics from Visions for over 7 years now. The service is incredible. Our last experience John went above and beyond to rectify a shipment we ordered that came in damaged. The staff is amazing and truly do care and try their best 100% of the time. We don't shop anywhere else for our electronics.

I went to Vision St. Albert and had an amazing experience. I was helped by Ben and another very fine lady in the audio accessories. They both were very knowledgeable and explained all the details. There was no sale pressure or trying to up sell anything. I even had to exchange the TV as it was bigger for my room. There was no hassle and the whole process was very smooth. I would highly recommend this location as the staff here is thorough professional and offer great customer service.

We have purchased several items from this location over the past 10 years from televisions to security cameras. Quality is amazing but what we really want to emphasize is the staff and their customer satisfaction. Second to none. Pricing is always comparable if not better. Won’t buy anywhere else!
