Paul & Mike's Auto Body

Excellent service at Paul and Mike's. I took my vehicle in after someone badly rear ended me and they did a perfect job of the repairs. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle comes back clean and is in good working order. Honest, reasonably priced and are great to communicate with. I have recommended them to friends who have also had a very positive experience.

Paul is a very honest person who does amazing work. He goes above and beyond to have a customer satisfaction model. Prices are competitive, and the work is fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone that needs great bodywork done to there vehical. Located 10 to 15 minutes from Sherwood Park and well worth the drive.

Refuse to go anywhere else. These guys are awesome and extreme attention to detail. Have spent thousand here between our family. Never any issue whatsoever!!!

In a world where great customer service is becoming more rare, these guys are a gem.

I needed to get some work done on my truck. I went to some places in the city, and none we interested in the work I needed done. One place I went to did recommend for me Paul & Mike's Auto Body. So I made the drive out to Ardrossan to check them out.

Upon arriving at their shop, I was immediately greeted and had Paul look at my truck. He then took me into the shop to show me some of the things he would do for me that was being done on other vehicles they had in their shop, such as undercoating, and rock-guard. While he was doing that, I was struck by a few things:

1. How clean it is in the shop.
2. How many cars were waiting for work -- always a good sign.
3. The cars in the shop -- including a frame-off restoration of a 1970 Hemi Cuda and also an old Trans-Am)

Needless to say, I was impressed.

Everything about dealing with Paul & Mike's was seamless. I dropped it off on the day we agreed to, and it was ready the day I told him that I needed it done. While my truck was being worked on, Paul even texted me picture updates to show me the work they were doing and what stage they were at.

In a world where customer service is a lost art, you can tell Paul actually cares about their reputation and the work they do. Paul even went above and beyond when things were found that were unanticipated. He said "I just wanted to do the job right." I simply cannot say enough positive things about them. They also care about the longevity of their work, and he told me to come by in the future if there are any issues.

If you need a place to take care of your car or truck, go out there and check them out...a give big Smokey a pet! Any auto body needs I have in the future are going straight to them undoubtedly.

They did a fantastic job on my car. It went from all dented up to looking brand new. It even costed 1000 dollars less then what all the other in town places where charging. I'm a very happy customer.
