  I appreciate Bell as a service but this location just... wasn’t ideal. Dealt with Darren and he was just unhappy and unhelpful. Cigarettes laying out on the counter, not listening to our questions and making us out to feel like liars. We had found a deal online and had brought it to his attention and he was just saying no. No. No. Like okay, but why? A reason would’ve been nice. He just seemed like he hated to be there and it was a lot more difficult than it had to be. At least Kevin was there to help us and he was a lot more helpful in 1 minute than Darren was our entire 20 minute visit. Instead of having our problem solved or answered with the deal, we had to go home, look it up ourselves and then we just ended up going to the Bell store in the mall. Met my friendly and helpful employees. I like Bell, but it’s amazing how one employee can be so off putting.

  By far the best Bell experience my wife and I have had and we owe it all to Alisha. We completed hardware upgrades and Alisha made sure both of our phones were set up correctly; she handled absolutely everything, amazing customer service.
  Alisha offered us a discount on all merchandise in the store. She installed the screen protectors and cases for our new phones without being asked. Now that’s customer service!
  We walked away with new phones, cases, chargers and a few other perks. From now on I will only go to the Emerald Hills Bell store.
  If you go make sure Alisha is there to assist, you won’t be disappointed.

  By far the best experience I’ve had getting a phone!! Alisha was unbelievably helpful. She really went the extra mile to make sure that I was getting the best deal and that I was walking out with the device/plan that suited my needs. She was super professional, but very personable at the same time. Would definitely go back here for any phone-related needs!!! Thanks Alisha!
