(March 22, 2019, 12:02 am)They did an amazing job and made sure my car looked like nothing ever happened. My brand new Mazda 3 was rear ended and they were able to replace the bumper and paint it in a timely manner. They cleaned my car prior to pick-up which is a nice bonus. From the start of the process, with the estimate, the guys were super friendly and explained the process to me. The girls at the front, Lynn and Jakki were super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. The mechanics did a spot on paint job match. And I loved that they send emails to keep you up to date on the progress of your car repair. I would definitely take my car here again. Thank you so much!
(January 10, 2019, 9:22 pm)Great service! My truck was towed into the shop during the Christmas season, and I was so stressed out b/c I was extremely busy with the holidays. They got me into a rental right from their shop, kept me informed during the whole process through email updates, and when I picked up the vehicle was a breeze. The front office staff is very kind and showed me the shop when I came to see my vehicle at the beginning. Would definitely go back for repairs (but hope I don't need to anytime soon).
(September 18, 2018, 2:49 am)I took my truck here after my first accident ever. Turns out my truck was a write off. Carstar was very helpful (and patient) during the entire process. They helped me understand what happens in the event of a write off and answered all my questions. Great service.
