  This is a well laid out Indigo. The sections are clearly marked and it's not hard to find what you are looking for. The staff is very helpful but not overbearing.

  A terrific book store. I have never looked for a recently released book and not found it here, and for older or more unique books that they don't regularly stock, you can order on line and have it sent to the store for pickup and there's no charge for shipping.

  First time at this new renovated location, beautiful! Best Chapters in Shwpk or Edmonton. Associate was also quick to notice that I needed help finding 2 books by the same author and pointed me in the direction.

  I came here today to look for a second copy of a book I had purchased back in December. I looked where I originally found it, with no luck. After using their in-store book lookup computer, I saw they had one copy left but had moved the location. While searching for this new location, an older staff member stopped what she was doing and asked me if I needed help. Informed me that the book might be difficult to find since it's now in clearance and it's the only one left. She led me to where the book should be and found it within minutes even though I offered to look myself so she could return to what she was originally doing.
  
  THEN I go to the till to pay. The cashier was a younger male who was SO friendly yet still genuine and professional.
  
  I'm kicking myself for not getting either of these employees names, as they were both amazing and I feel they should get some sort of recognition for doing such a great job.

  I love all book stores. Large, lots of selection. Very friendly, helpful staff. Always clean and tidy. I have nothing bad to say!!
