  I have known Jen for a while and finally was able to get in for acupuncture. Her space is very welcoming and warm, and she makes you feel comfortable from the start. She truly listens to how your body is feeling and is able to direct her practice towards that area, while correcting any other imbalances she may see.

  My experience with Jen at Inner Essence Wellness was exactly what I needed. She helped me to feel grounded and calm which can be challenging for me at times. The space is absolutely beautiful, clean and inviting. I loved that she projected light with a soothing water effect on the ceiling in her treatment room during the time when I was left to sit with the needles while they did their magic, it was incredibly comforting for me. Jen has been a essential part of my healing and I know I’m safe to share my story with her. She is doing incredibly good work. She is calm, professional and warm hearted. I highly recommend her and her beautiful space! ❤️????????❤️

  I highly recommend Jen at Inner Essence Wellness! She's extremely educated and experienced in her techniques. She's continually advancing her knowledge and expertise. Jen takes the time to listen and be aware of her clients needs and concerns. Her treatments are always very calming and have you leaving feeling fresh and relaxed!

  Jen has to be one of the only people I would see for acupuncture. She is excellent at what she does and makes you feel extremely comfortable and explains everything that is going to happen with your treatment. I will continue to see Jen for any ailments I encounter thanks to the success I have had getting acupuncture from her.
  
  I would happily recommend Jen to anyone that has either been to acupuncture before or that is skeptical about weather it works or not.

  Jen is one of the most caring and talented practitioners in her field. She has devoted her life to her belief of it and it shows through her results. Her ability to listen and understand and help you, is paramount. Highly recommend for acupuncture and all things wellness .
