Katie's Crossing

Food critics who give this place bad reviews are no better than fussy children refusing to eat vegetables. Katie's Crossing has been and always will be my favorite restaurant on this earth. The food is great, the area is beautiful, and did I mention that the food is great? And it's in a freakin' train! A true hidden gem if there ever was one.

Great little stop out near Ardrossan. Kids will live the trains!! Food was good and ice cream was a nice desert

We only had the ice cream (which was great by the way) and can't comment on the food. The atmosphere was fantastic for anyone into trains and the history of the area. Our highlight was speaking with the owner Tom and we learned about the history of the trains and talked about the historical pictures throughout the train. We will definitely return with friends!

Food was okay. Had the fish and chips and felt like it was "store bought". Kind of priced for what you get I think...cash only.

Atmosphere was great! Cool eating inside an old train caboose and seeing the trains go by.

Can walk around the property but can't go in. Very run down. Has potential for more!
