(March 20, 2018, 9:18 pm)I’ve always had a good experience at Optiks. They have a huge selection and you are free to browse with no pressure, although associates are available when needed to offer help or their opinion. I like to browse on my own as I’m indecisive and don’t like pressure from sales associates or someone lingering over my shoulder. I always find great frames and they usually have good deals. I’ve found three pairs of frames here over the past 2-3 years and won’t bother shopping anywhere else! Thanks to the staff at optiks for their kindness and good service!
(December 29, 2017, 9:07 pm)Had an amazing experience. My son had broken his glasses (that were under warrant at a different business outside of Edmonton area) and his backup pair were damaged. The staff there repaired the old ones as well as could be and offered to change over lenses to a new replacement frame once they arrived. We walked in and were immediately helped. Recommending to friends.
