(July 23, 2018, 5:59 pm)I ended up here yesterday afternoon as I was shoe shopping for new work shoes. Before coming here, I went to Sport chek as they’re closer to home for me. Sport chek definitely had a huge selection to choose from, but of the seven pairs I wanted to try on, they had ZERO in my size. It was quite frustrating.
At The Running Room, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the lady working was very friendly, personable and helpful. She asked for my budget and only recommended shoes within it. She made me feel really comfortable while shopping which is really important to me. I tried on five pairs and found the perfect one. The whole experience was great! It’s definitely a smaller location, and so there wasn’t much to choose from, but I will definitely be going back when I need my next pair!
