Wally answered our questions and concerns with promptness and truthfulness. He did not try to misrepresent the vehicle and went out of his way to address our concerns. I was referred to this dealership and after purchasing my vehicle there, I certainly understand why. From the first hand shake I knew this would be the place I would buy my vehicle. Matt Irvine was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the 2019 Ford Explorer. He answered all our questions and did an amazing job. There was no pressure just sound advice. I would highly recommend Matt to any of my friends!
From dealing with a true professional we went back and met with Tyler in finance. He met all our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and again not pushy and explained all options to us without pressure.
We got to meet the owner who made you feel like you were part of "their" family and even got to pet the dog who roamed around the dealership.
It is so nice to see a kid friendly area for the little ones so parents could sit down and discuss dollars and cents with the professionals in the building.
Overall an amazing experience and guaranteed will go back to buy our next vehicle.

My boyfriend and i went to Sherwood park ford after visiting several other dealerships in and around Sherwood park and Edmonton. When we drove onto the lot we were approached by a very polite salesman named Ernesto, he immediately sat down with us and began to write down everything we were looking for in a vehicle. They took us through about a dozen vehicles before Ernesto spoke with the sales manager and they found a vehicle exact to our liking. I cant say enough about how polite and understanding they were and they really showed that they cared what we drove, Thank you so much Ernesto and Kris you guys are amazing!

I went to Sherwood Ford with the intention of test driving a variety of vehicles just to get a feel for what I liked. Tom greeted us with open arms. "Us" being myself, my boyfriend and my son. I explained my budget to him and he never batted an eye upon discovering that my budget was not the largest. He went above and beyond in helping me find something that was within my price range AND what I wanted! I wanted an SUV of some sort but didn't think it was possible with my budget. Tom delivered though! He found 3 terrific vehicles for me all within my range. Tom spent a long time with us (several hours) and not once did I feel like my happiness was not his number one goal. He was patient, understanding, caring and just a plain nice guy! I had no intention of walking out that day with a new vehicle, but that is what happened. I just could not let my good deal pass me by. He was always super terrific with my 9 year old son. Tom made the car dealership an experience my kiddo enjoyed.
